Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. PROCESSING TIMES

1.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Standard processing time is one to three (1–3) business days from the time of order acceptance. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

1.2 Age Verification Hold

All orders are subject to age verification before shipment. If we cannot verify that you are at least 21 years of age, your order will be placed on hold and may be canceled. Verification holds may extend processing time. We may request government-issued identification at any time.

1.3 Compliance Review

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order pending compliance review (jurisdiction, payment, fraud screening). We will notify you by email if your order requires additional review.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

2.1 Domestic Shipping Only

We ship to physical addresses within the continental United States in jurisdictions where hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products are legal. We do not ship to:

(a) International addresses; (b) APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses; (c) U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands); (d) Alaska or Hawaii; (e) Restricted states (see Section 2.2); (f) Freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, or commercial reshippers; (g) Federal property, military installations, or correctional facilities; (h) Hotels, motels, short-term rentals, or temporary addresses (at our discretion).

2.2 Restricted States

Due to state-level regulations regarding hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products, we do not currently ship to the following states (list non-exhaustive and subject to change without notice):

  • California
  • Colorado
  • Idaho
  • Iowa
  • Kansas
  • Mississippi
  • Nebraska
  • North Dakota
  • Oregon
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Washington

Additional states may be added or removed at any time based on regulatory developments. It is your responsibility to verify legality in your jurisdiction before ordering. If you place an order from a restricted state, your order will be canceled and refunded, less any payment processing fees.

2.3 P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders require a physical residential or business address with adult signature available at delivery.

2.4 No Address Forwarding

You may not use a freight forwarder, mail-forwarding service, or any third-party reshipping service to circumvent our jurisdictional restrictions. Doing so is a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination, order forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.


3. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

3.1 Available Carriers

We currently ship via UPS, FedEx, and select regional carriers. Shipping carrier may be selected at our discretion based on destination, product type, and current carrier policies.

3.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

(a) Order weight and size; (b) Shipping destination ZIP code; (c) Selected delivery speed; (d) Carrier-specific rates; (e) Insurance and signature requirements.

Shipping costs displayed at checkout are estimates. Final shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of order cancellation initiated by us under Section 5.

3.3 Promotional Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time, subject to minimum order thresholds and other conditions. Free shipping offers:

(a) Apply only to standard ground shipping; (b) Do not include expedited or signature upgrade fees; (c) May be excluded in certain jurisdictions; (d) May be revoked at our discretion.

3.4 Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times after processing:

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available)
  • Express: 1–2 business days (where available)

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays.


4. ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

4.1 Mandatory Signature

All shipments require an adult signature (21 years or older) at delivery. Carriers will request government-issued identification verifying age 21+. Packages will not be left unattended.

4.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically attempt delivery up to three (3) times. After failed attempts, packages may be:

(a) Held at a carrier facility for pickup (you must retrieve within carrier hold window); (b) Returned to us at your expense; (c) Released at the carrier's discretion subject to their policies.

4.3 Reshipment of Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

(a) Incorrect or incomplete address provided by you; (b) Failure to be present for adult signature; (c) Refusal of delivery; (d) Inability to verify age at delivery,

You will be responsible for reshipment fees, which will be charged to your original payment method or deducted from any applicable refund. Refunds for returned packages, if any, will exclude original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.


5. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Modification Window

Because we begin processing orders quickly, orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun. This typically occurs within minutes of order placement.

5.2 Requests

If you need to request a modification, contact us immediately at ryan@dimebagpouches.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate but cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

5.3 Address Changes

Address changes after shipment are not permitted. If your package has shipped, you must contact the carrier directly to request rerouting. Any rerouting fees imposed by the carrier are your responsibility.

5.4 Cancellations by Dime Bags

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

(a) Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment; (b) Inability to verify age; (c) Shipment to a restricted jurisdiction; (d) Inventory shortages; (e) Pricing or product description errors; (f) Suspected resale or commercial diversion; (g) Prior account violations.

Refunds for orders we cancel will be issued in full to the original payment method.


6. RISK OF LOSS AND CARRIER LIABILITY

6.1 FOB Shipping Point

Title and risk of loss pass to you at the moment we transfer the package to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point). Once a tracking number is generated and the package is in carrier custody, you bear the risk of loss, damage, theft, or non-delivery.

6.2 Lost Packages

If a tracked package shows no movement for ten (10) consecutive business days after the most recent scan, contact us at ryan@dimebagpouches.com. We will assist by:

(a) Initiating a carrier trace request; (b) Providing documentation needed for any insurance claim you have purchased; (c) Reviewing eligibility for replacement at our sole discretion.

Replacement of lost packages is not guaranteed and is subject to investigation outcome.

6.3 Stolen Packages ("Porch Piracy")

Once a carrier confirms delivery to your address, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or unauthorized removal of the package. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:

(a) Check with neighbors and household members; (b) Inspect all delivery locations (porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms); (c) Contact the carrier to file a delivery investigation; (d) File a police report (required for any consideration of replacement); (e) Contact us with the police report number — we may, at our sole discretion, offer partial replacement credit.

6.4 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must:

(a) Document damage with photographs before opening the outer packaging where possible; (b) Photograph any damaged contents; (c) Contact us at ryan@dimebagpouches.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery; (d) Retain all packaging materials for potential carrier inspection.

Claims submitted after seven (7) days will not be honored.

6.5 Insurance

Standard shipping does not include insurance beyond carrier-provided minimums (typically $100). Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout for an additional fee. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for orders over $100.


7. CARRIER COMPLIANCE AND SEIZURE

7.1 Carrier Restrictions

Hemp-derived THC products are subject to evolving carrier policies. Some carriers, including USPS in certain circumstances, may restrict or refuse transportation of hemp-derived products. Carrier policies may change without notice.

7.2 Seizure or Refusal

We are not liable for packages that are:

(a) Seized by carriers for policy violations; (b) Confiscated by federal, state, or local law enforcement; (c) Refused at delivery; (d) Returned due to jurisdictional changes occurring after shipment; (e) Held by customs or interdiction authorities; (f) Destroyed by carriers under their internal policies.

No refunds will be issued for legally compliant shipments seized due to carrier policy or jurisdictional enforcement. This is a known risk of hemp-derived product shipment that you assume by placing an order.

7.3 Regulatory Changes

Federal and state hemp regulations may change rapidly, including but not limited to changes under Public Law 119-37 effective November 2026. We reserve the right to halt shipments to any jurisdiction at any time based on regulatory developments. Orders affected by regulatory changes after placement will be refunded.


8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not ship internationally. Any orders attempting to ship outside the continental United States will be canceled and refunded. Hemp-derived THC products are subject to varying international laws, and unauthorized international shipment may violate U.S. export control laws.


9. WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERS

This Shipping Policy applies to direct-to-consumer orders only. Wholesale and bulk orders are governed by separate written agreements through Direct2Retailers (D2R) and are subject to different shipping terms. Visit our Wholesale page or contact us for wholesale shipping terms.


10. ORDER TRACKING

10.1 Tracking Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with carrier tracking information. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to populate in the carrier's system.

10.2 Tracking Issues

If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of shipment notification, contact us at ryan@dimebagpouches.com.

10.3 Communication Preferences

By placing an order, you consent to receive shipping-related communications via email and, if you opt in, SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS.


11. RETURNS RELATED TO SHIPPING

For information about returns due to damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Returns initiated due to customer error (incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to be present for signature) are subject to reshipment fees and restocking charges as described in Section 4.3.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any shipping-related claim is limited to the lesser of (a) the purchase price of the affected products, or (b) $100. We are not liable for:

(a) Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (b) Lost profits or business opportunities; (c) Emotional distress; (d) Carrier conduct or policies; (e) Acts of regulators or law enforcement; (f) Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemic, war, civil unrest, supply chain failure).

This limitation is in addition to and consistent with the limitations in our Terms of Service.


13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order governs your transaction. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
